To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There is a handling fee of $10.00 for all returns and exchanges

At Le Moana we try our best to despatch in-stock items within 24 hours between Monday - Friday.

If orders are placed over the weekend they will be dispatched on Monday.

On occasions of high traffic periods orders may take up to 3-4 working days (excludes pre-orders).
